I took a vintage whistle and turned it into a one-of-a-kind brooch! The whistle has many signs of wear that only add to its uniqueness. I embellished with some black rhinestone chain and attached the piece to two wonderful old plastic buckles. If you love wearing unique one-of-a-kind pieces, then this may be the one for you!
