I purchased this funky necklace/brooch made by Janet Cooper back in the early 1990's. (Unsigned). It was made from scrap metal and other unique materials. A picture of movie star Betty Hutton hangs from a black ball chain (approx. 30"). It can also be worn as a brooch. Always be careful handling edges of recycled metal items. Not for children.
