This vintage "Designs from the Deep" pin has a fish postage stamp that was decoupaged on enameled copper, then coated with a durable epoxy resin. There are beads with metal sea life charms dangling from it. In good vintage condition with minor age-appropriate wear. "DFTD" stamped on back.
